摘要
本文研究在具有适当弱意义下非负标量曲率的连续完备度量所赋予的3维流形上，正质量定理的拟局部等周版本。作为一个推论，我们推导出在此类低正则性条件下等周集的存在性结果。我们的主要工具是一种新的弱逆平均曲率流的局部版本，该版本具有C^0稳定的定量估计。
