我们研究多项式与多线性Hardy--Littlewood不等式的增长。采用了解析与数值方法，特别地，在其他结果中，我们表明对Clarkson不等式已知最佳常数的简单应用改进了Araujo等人最近的结果。我们还得到了某些特殊情况下广义Hardy--Littlewood不等式的最优常数。
