基于光学方法的MoO_3纳米片厚度测量

摘要
鉴于二维(2D)三氧化钼近年来受到越来越多的关注，加速该材料的厚度识别具有重要意义。我们提供了两种快速、非破坏性的方法来评估SiO_2/Si衬底上MoO_3薄片的厚度。首先，通过对光学显微镜图像中薄片表观颜色的定量分析，可以初步估算厚度，不确定度为±3 nm。第二种方法基于将微反射测量获得的对比度光谱拟合到基于菲涅耳定律的模型，该模型可精确测量薄片厚度，不确定度为±2 nm。
