晶态 MoO$_3$ 向少层 MoS$_2$ 的直接转化

摘要
我们通过晶态氧化钼 MoO 在相对较低温度下的硫化，制备了大面积的原子级薄层 MoS。所获得的 MoS 薄片为多晶（单晶畴尺寸约 10-20 nm），面积可达 300×300 μm，厚度为 2-4 层，并表现出明显的 p 型行为。所合成薄膜通过多种互补技术进行表征：拉曼光谱、X 射线衍射、透射电子显微镜以及电子输运测量。
