摘要
我们确定了次数 d=4 和 d=5 的一般实二元形式的秩。在 d=5 的情况下，此类一般形式的秩的可能值为 3、4、5。存在三个典型秩是出乎意料的。我们证明，具有 d 个实根的 d 次实二元形式的秩为 d。
