摘要
我们研究了 N 维厄米随机矩阵的谱范数，其元素在主对角两侧宽度为 b 的带外为零。在该带内，元素由均值为零、联合独立的高斯随机变量给出，其方差量级为 1/b。我们证明，若 b 趋于无穷的速度快于 log N 的三次幂，则谱范数以概率 1 有界。
