摘要
对于任意正正则性参数，我们构造了均匀在时间上属于的3D不可压缩欧拉方程的非守恒弱解。特别地，我们构造了具有\emph{严格大于}的基于的正则性指标的弱解，从而偏离了对应于惯性范围内Kolmogorov-Obhukov 功率谱的正则性。
