摘要

我们提出（并在一定假设下证明）了一个猜想，该猜想将附属于环面 $T$ 的 Somekawa Milnor $K$ -群的阶数与附属于 $T$ 余特征群（视为阿廷表示）的阿廷 $L$ -函数在 $s=-1$ 处的值联系起来。 $T=\G_m$ 的情形简化为经典的 Birch-Tate 猜想。
