残障人士使用化身机器人进行远程流动销售中的交互研究

摘要
残障人士可以从事客户服务之类体力工作的远程办公“化身工作”正在社会中得以实施。为了使化身工作能够应用于多种职业，我们提出了一种使用移动式冰沙机和化身机器人“OriHime”的移动销售系统，重点关注如流动销售般的移动客户服务。基于视频标注的结果，考察了该系统所进行的流动销售对顾客的影响。
