摘要
对 GaAs/AlGaAs 生长于 GaAs (311)A 衬底上的二维(2D)空穴体系的 commensurability 振荡进行测量,揭示出显著的各向异性:沿 [33] 方向测量得到的 commensurability 振荡�幅约为沿 [01] 方向的 100 倍。对于类似界面上的 2D 电子体系,我们观察到几乎各向同性的振荡,这表明这种异常各向异性是固体氢 2D 空穴在 (311)A 界面上的固有特性。
