世界菜系的分层聚类

摘要
尽管共享食材和烹饪技术,世界各地的文化仍演化出独特的模式。利用从食谱在线资源 RecipeDB 获得的数据,我们提取了 26 种世界菜系中的模式,并进一步探究它们之间的相互关联。通过应用频繁项集挖掘和食材真实性,我们刻画了这些菜系中的典型模式,并构建了世界菜系的分层树。该树为菜系的演化及其地理与历史关联性提供了有趣的见解。
