摘要
本文证明了当初始数据接近非平凡平衡态 时，仅带速度阻尼项的二维不可压缩 Boussinesq 方程光滑解的全局适定性。作为副产品，在该平衡态下，我们的结果对 [ACWX] 提出的问题（见 P.3597）给出了肯定回答。
