摘要
Cannone \cite{Cannone} 证明了一类高度振荡数据的不可压缩Navier-Stokes方程的整体适定性。本文在临界函数框架下，证明了初始数据接近稳定平衡态的可压缩Navier-Stokes方程的整体适定性。特别地，该结果允许我们为高度振荡的初速度构造整体解。证明依赖于对带有对流项的双曲/抛物型系统的一个新估计。
