摘要
本文旨在提出一种计算圆正交系综（COE）矩阵元矩的系统性方法。该公式以正交群 Weingarten 函数之和的形式给出，但其证明技巧涉及酉群 Weingarten 演算。作为应用，本文给出了 COE 矩阵单个矩阵元矩的显式表达式。
