摘要
本文是关于 Hitchin-Frenkel-Ngo 纤维化与 Vinberg 半群系列文章 \cite{Bt1}-\cite{Bt2} 的第三篇。Ngo \cite{N} 作为几何稳定化的结果证明了相等特征标下李代数基本引理。本文展示了由 Frenkel 和 Ngo \cite{FN} 猜想的群情形下的几何稳定化。在证明过程中，我们建立了轨道积分之间的一个恒等式，它类似于 Langlands-Shelstad 基本引理。由该等式，我们推导出了 Langlands-Shelstad 转移因子的一个公式，该公式以前仅对李代数已知。
