从成核到渗流:系统尺寸与系统无序度的影响

摘要

利用两个引导模型动力学的参数的连续变化——无序度强度与系统尺寸,构建了一维纤维束模型的相图。我们监测纤维断裂的连续事件以理解与之相关的空间关联。随着无序度强度增加,我们观察到三个 distinct 区域:(I) 成核——裂纹从特定核以极高空间关联性传播并导致全局失效;(II) 雪崩——断裂事件表现出前驱活动并伴有多次突发;(III) 渗流——断裂事件空间无关联,如同渗流过程。随着束尺寸增大,有利于成核失效。在热力学极限下,除非无序度强度无限高,否则我们仅观察到成核失效。
