摘要
对于图 G，设 S_2(G) 为图 G 前两个最大无符号拉普拉斯特征值的和，f(G)=e(G)+3-S_2(G)。最近，周、和、喻证明了 K^+_{1,n-1}（额外加一条边的星形图）是具有 n 个顶点的图中 f(G) 取值最小的唯一图。本文证明了 K^+_{1,e(G)-1} 是 e(G) 条边的图中 f(G) 取值最小的唯一图。
