摘要

我们给出有界线性算子与 $2\times 2$ 算子矩阵的数值半径的新界。我们将数值半径的上界应用于复首一多项式的 Frobenius 伴随矩阵，从而获得该多项式零点的新估计。我们还通过数值例子表明，我们的新估计改进了已有估计。
