摘要

我们证明了：Dirichlet $L$ -函数的 Landau-Siegel 零点不存在，或者 $\mathrm{GL}_2$ Hecke-Maass 新形式的量子唯一遍历性以有效的收敛速率成立。这源于一个更一般的结果：Dirichlet $L$ -函数的 Landau-Siegel 零点将所有其他自守 $L$ -函数的零点从直线 $\mathrm{Re}(s)=1$ 处排斥开。
