连通图的Wiener指数是所有无序顶点对间距离之和。Sam Spiro [The Wiener index of signed graphs, Appl. Math. Comput., 416(2022)126755] 最近引入了带符号图的Wiener指数，并猜想在具有n个顶点的所有带符号树中，具有交替符号的路P_n具有最小Wiener指数。通过构造一个无限族反例，我们证明了该猜想在n至少为30时是错误的。
