摘要
将多种生物完整基因组中长度为 K 的串的频率表示在平方图中，当 K 增大时呈现出看似自相似的图案。这些图案由带有特定“标记”-串的欠表示串引起，并在 K 趋于无穷时定义了一些分形。讨论了极限集的盒维数与 Hausdorff 维数。尽管 Mauldin 和 Williams 提出的计算盒维数与 Hausdorff 维数的方法在我们的情况中有效，本文提出了一种不同且更简单的方法。
