无缺陷 ZnSe 纳米线与纳米针结构

摘要
我们报道了利用分子束外延（MBE）生长 ZnSe 纳米线和纳米针的研究。根据生长温度和 Zn--Se 通量比的不同，发现了不同的生长机制。通过采用无需任何样品后处理的纳米线与纳米针联合 MBE 生长方法，我们实现了对堆垛层错缺陷的有效抑制。透射电子显微镜和光致发光研究证实了这一点。
