我们考虑全空间中二维黏性 Camassa-Holm 方程的涡量形式。我们建立了对应于 中初始数据之解的整体存在性，并描述了具有充分小且局部化初始数据的解的大时间行为。我们通过计算缩放涡量问题的解趋于对应线性化方程解的速率，来算出此类解以该速率逼近一个“未滤波”的 Oseen 涡旋。
