摘要
利用双折射技术，我们测量了 As 掺杂 TbVO4 中的临界指数 、 和 ，这是一种通过 V-As 尺寸失配引入随机应变场的随机场伊辛模型的结构实现。对于纯 TbVO4 观测到了预期的经典临界指数，而对于含 15% As 浓度的混合样品，我们得到 ，，。这些值与三维短程纯伊辛模型的临界指数一致，与 Toh 的预测吻合。磁化率数据表现出从经典到随机场临界行为的温度交叉。
