摘要
利用精确基态计算机模拟，观察了d=5,6,7维超立方晶格上RFIM的无序驱动相变。利用有限尺寸标度分析计算了比热、磁化强度、磁化率和相关长度的临界点与临界指数。对于大于或等于假定上临界维度d_u=6的维度d=6,7，发现了平均场行为，即alpha=0, beta=1/2, gamma=1, nu=1/2。在对数值数据的分析中，似乎有必要包含最近提出的在上临界维度及以上的标度修正。
