摘要
我们为齐次和非齐次狄利克雷边界条件在每一个正则性水平上构造了波动方程组的解。我们证明，在某个正则性水平上的边界能观性，以及因此边界精确能控性，等价于在所有水平上的边界能观性。主要工具是解的诺伊曼迹上时间导数的椭圆性，这通过微局部分析技术证明。
