本文研究了定义在n维欧几里得空间中退化为一维线段的薄域上的双调和Steklov问题的特征值和特征函数的渐近行为。当n=2时，该问题模拟了具有给定横截面且质量集中在自由边界上的薄弹性板的振动。所考虑的问题依赖于参数σ，在弹性板理论中，该参数代表材料的泊松比。我们的分析指出了极限问题中依赖于σ和空间维数n的畸变。
