分数阶 $p$-Laplacian 特征值问题极限的最优质量传输方法

摘要
我们利用最优质量传输理论，对作为分数阶 Laplacian 算子特征值问题在 时的极限而获得的特征值问题给出了解释。我们同时处理了 Dirichlet 边界条件和 Neumann 边界条件。
