摘要
我们给出 Stocking 结果的一个新的且更简短的证明：闭可定向三角剖分 3-流形的任意强不可约 Heegaard 曲面同痕于一个几乎正规曲面。我们也重新证明了 Jaco 和 Rubinstein 关于正规球面的一个结果。两个证明都基于作者引入的“约化”技巧。
