关于不稳定极小 Heegaard 曲面的存在性

摘要
我们证明，对于 3-球面上的度量，由 Simon-Smith 的极小极大过程得到的极小曲面具有指数 1。对于 3-流形中由强不可约 Heegaard 扫掠产生的极小曲面，我们证明了一个类似的结果。我们还证实了 Pitts-Rubinstein 的一个猜想：双曲 3-流形中的强不可约 Heegaard 分裂要么可以同痕为指数至多为 1 的极小曲面，要么在颈缩之后与单侧极小 Heegaard 曲面同痕。
