面向加工应用的并联运动学架构比较研究

摘要
并联运动学机构是加工应用中一种有趣的替代设计方案。本文研究了三种专用于加工应用的二自由度并联机构架构。这三种机构均具有两根定长杆,沿具有不同相对取向的固定线性驱动关节滑动。比较研究基于三种机构相同的预设笛卡尔工作空间进行。共同期望的工作空间特性为矩形形状和给定的运动静力学性能。每种所得设计的机器尺寸被用作比较标准。本文分析的二自由度机器机构可通过增加第三个关节扩展为三轴机器。
