摘要

设 $l\equiv 3\pmod 4$ ， $l\ne 3$ 为素数， $N=l^2$ ， $f=\frac{l(l-1)}2$ 为素数 $p$ 模 $N$ 的乘法阶，且 $q=p^f$ 。本文研究指标二情形下单项函数 $f(x)={\rm Tr}_{q/p}(x^{\frac{q-1}{l^2}})$ 的 Walsh 谱。特别地，当 $1+l=4p^h$ （ $h$ 为 $\Bbb Q(\sqrt{-l})$ 的类数）时，我们明确给出了 $f(x)$ 的 Walsh 变换的值分布。
