摘要
在本文中，我们考虑通量具有空间不连续性和可能平坦区域的标量守恒律，并研究以下三个方面：（i）存在性，（ii）唯一性，以及（iii）解的BV正则性。我们提出一个唯一性条件，并通过波前追踪方法证明弱解的存在性。在文章后半部分，在初始数据和通量的适当条件下得到了解的BV界。我们构造了两个反例展示解的BV爆破，证明了假设的最优性。
