我们将Prodan关于径向局域化广义Wannier基的构造 [E. Prodan, On the generalized Wannier functions. J. Math. Phys. 56(11), 113511 (2015)] 推广至无时间反演对称性的有能隙量子系统，特别是包括磁性Schrödinger算子，并证明了此类基的一些基本性质。我们通过考虑Landau算子的显式可解情况，研究了这一概念是否可能与拓扑输运相关。
