摘要
这是此前同名下 preprint (math.GT/0209121) 的延续。这些论文源于如下尝试：寻找非球面 3-流形的一个合适的有限叶覆盖，使得该覆盖具有无穷或平凡的第一同调群。受此驱动我们定义了一类新的群。这些群在某种意义下最终是完美的。此处我们证明了一些结果，给出了若干属于或不属于该类的群的例子类。我们还证明了关于这些群的一些基本结果并陈述了两个猜想。提及了其中一个猜想对虚贝蒂数猜想的直接应用。为完备起见，我们在此重述 math.GT/0209121 的部分内容。
