摘要
无序系统的能谱统计编码了 Thouless 时间与海森堡时间尺度，二者之比决定了系统是混沌的还是局域化的。通过识别无序量子多体系统的 Thouless 时间在系统尺寸与无序强度标度上的行为与三维和五维安德森模型结果的相似性，我们认为两参数标度在朝向局域化相的相变附近失效，标志着亚扩散动力学。
