摘要
本文引入一种概率方法来证明存在具有任意大 、 和 -范数的初值，使得广义 Navier-Stokes 系统生成全局正则解。更确切地说，我们证明从某一族可能的大初值中，大多数初值都会给出给定广义 Navier-Stokes 系统的全局正则解。
