摘要

本文所研究的嵌入配边范畴推广了 G. Segal 为形式化场论概念而引入的共形曲面范畴。我们的主要结果确定了所有 $d$ 下嵌入 $d$ 维配边范畴的分类空间之同伦型。对于 $d=2$ ,我们的结果导出了广义 Mumford 猜想的一个新证明,其在精神上与原证明有所不同。
