摘要
已有大量论文研究关于新形式傅里叶系数变号的统计问题。在其中一篇此类论文中，Linowitz与Thompson提出了一个猜想，描述Eisenstein级数新形式的傅里叶系数首个负号平均而言何时出现。本文中，我们修正了其猜想并证明了修正后的版本。
