摘要
我们引入图网络的二分性比值概念。我们证明了图网络的双 Cheeger-Buser 不等式，将其关联图网络拉普拉斯算子谱的第 2 大特征值与其二分性比值。双 Cheeger-Buser 不等式由 Trevisan 和 Bauer-Jost 对于图形成立。我们的结果是该不等式在图网络上的类比。
