摘要
在本文中，我们研究了一个局部耦合波方程的稳定化问题，该方程带有仅作用于其中一个方程的过去历史型局部粘弹性阻尼，且通过非光滑系数实现。首先，利用 Arendt-Batty 的一般准则，我们证明了系统的强稳定性。其次，结合频域方法和乘子方法，我们证明当且仅当两波具有相同的传播速度时，解具有指数稳定性。在传播速度不同的情况下，我们证明系统的能量以 的速率多项式衰减。最后，我们证明了当波传播速度不同时，系统缺乏指数稳定性。
