摘要

在乘性漂移及其他正则性条件下，本文确立了：与预测滤波的粒子滤波近似相关联的渐近方差在时间上一致有界；以及与归一化常数的粒子近似相关联的非渐近相对方差在时间上线性有界。这些条件被证明对非紧致状态空间上的一些隐马尔可夫模型成立。粒子的稳定性结果是通过证明底层Feynman-Kac公式的 $v$ -范数乘性稳定性和指数矩结果而获得的。
