溶剂效应与多肛-缠结相变的相位

摘要
我们研究了全原子模型中多肛-缠结相变。长度可达 30 个残基的分子通过多canonical 模拟进行研究。比较了两种隐式溶剂模型的结果与气相模拟结果。虽然多肛-缠结相变在所有三个模型中都是真正的热力学相变，但我们发现蛋白-溶剂相互作用项会降低其强度。多肛-缠结相变的相位取决于溶剂项的细节。
