摘要
我们比较了最近提出的两种用于小系统相变特征化方法。通过研究 q=4 和 q=5 Potts 模型来评估这些方法的有效性和有用性，即存在热力学极限和精确结果的系统。基于这一分析，我们讨论了多肠氨基酸（polyalanine）的螺旋-卷曲相变，这是结构相变在生物分子中的一个例子。
