摘要
我们讨论了溶剂组成对肽链螺旋-匝转相变的影响。我们使用一个简单模型来说明，改善溶剂的氢键成能可使相变变得不够合作性，但不影响相变温度。这种效应与其他溶剂效应不同后者主要影响熔解相变而非合作性。
