摘要
通过多重正则蒙特卡洛模拟研究了长度为10的聚丙氨酸分子的螺旋-卷曲转变。溶剂化效应通过距离相关的介电常数或正比于肽的溶剂可及表面积的项来引入。我们发现螺旋-卷曲转变的特征强烈依赖于溶剂化模型的细节。
