摘要
通过氢插层在SiC(0001)上获得了准自由站立的外延石墨烯。氢原子移动到6√3重构的初始碳层与SiC衬底之间。对于外延石墨烯,顶层硅原子原本与该缓冲层共价键合,现在则被氢键饱和。缓冲层转变为具有典型线性π能带的准自由站立石墨烯单层。类似地,外延石墨烯单层转变为解耦的双层。该插层在空气中稳定,可通过退火至约900摄氏度逆转。
