摘要
本文借助 Riesz 基方法，研究由两个通过速度耦合的二阶演化方程组成的弱阻尼系统的稳定性。若分数阶阻尼变为黏性阻尼且波以相等速度传播，我们证明系统的指数稳定性；否则，我们建立最优多项式衰减率。最后，我们给出一些说明性例子。
