摘要
在本文中，我们考虑由强连续半群算子控制的双线性最优控制问题的二阶最优性条件，控制以线性方式进入代价函数。我们利用Goh变换推导了一阶和二阶最优性条件。然后将结果应用于热方程和波方程。
