摘要
本文建立了一类带标量控制和标量状态约束的控制仿射问题的新的二阶必要和充分最优性条件。这些最优性条件将 Goh 变换扩展到约束状态框架中，Goh 变换是获得 Legendre 条件推广的经典工具。
